Standard Bank CIB was looking at new, more user-friendly, and more efficient ways of handling cross-border payments.

Value-add proposition and responsibilities:

My role included leading a design team to analyze, research, ideate, and design a more user-friendly, more efficient way of submitting, processing, and approving cross-border payments of large financial sums.

Value added:

• Doing away with “paper-based” forms and the consequent delay regarding manual processing of related due diligence for payment approvals.
• User-friendly, and efficient method of submitting and processing payments digitally.
