I was appointed as design lead on this project, aiming to ultimately improve the onboarding and maintenance process of all Nedbank clients.
Value-add proposition and responsibilities:
I was responsible for pinpointing the current pains the bankers had with onboarding new clients and the maintenance of existing clients, through the service delivery eco-system, internal systems, and platforms the bankers currently use.
Value added:
Formal implementation and understanding of the design methodology and processes
Cohesion of delivery units, working together in unison with a universal understanding of the project expectations, processes, and deliverables.
Decommissioning outdated, ineffective systems and consolidating all internal and external platforms involved in the client onboarding journey.
Design and implementation of a new Banker/ Client Dashboard streamlining the onboarding and maintenance processes of Nedbank clients.
